Mr Moinak Sarma Roy; Business Development Manager-Jamboree; Indiranagar, Bangalore addressed first and third year DSBA students on 9th March’17 between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm in the ground floor seminar hall and educated them about the entire process of studying abroad.
He gave details to students, right from preparing to actually joining a foreign university thereby, ensuring a smooth process. He also narrated the transformation of Jamboree in recent years with the inclusion of several value-added services such as discounted couriers, educational loans and pre-departure orientation which has made Jamboree Education a one-stop solution centre for students’ study abroad requirements.
Mr Roy highlighted on what distinguishes Jamboree from other similar educational institutes- their expertise in test preparation. Jamboree defines a narrow syllabus band and guarantees nothing beyond that syllabus would be asked in the exam. Jamboree has devised an 'Indian' way of attacking these tests. This has led to Jamboree students scoring some of the highest scores in the country including a 790 on GMAT® which totally mesmerised the students. Besides, he underlined the key takeaways- scholarships opportunities.
The session helped many students in entangling the confusion that was existing in their minds about various aspects of studying abroad & also helped one to give shape to one’s career and dreams.
