With the aim of enhancing Leadership Skill and Personality molding through Group learning, our college Dayananda Sagar Business Academy has organized training programme on May 11th 2023 for B.Com 6th B semester students.
The program started at 10 by Archana Konar and Chaithanya B Das, the session focused on the core concept on Team building, leadership, Skill upgradation.
In pursue of above subject’s madam has grouped the class, made us to participated in Group discussion, Presentation and engaged the session like- fishbone diagram application in management also introduced the concepts like 7C of leadership, 80/20 rule, Nonverbal communication, telephone and email etiquette, 4E & 4C. finally the program wound up at 4 o clock and Feedback was taken.
It was a whole power packed program helped in learning by the way of activities.
